Seven (7) C `s in Communication :
1.
Credibility:
sender and receiver both should have to each other.it is the credibility which
can strengthen the communication; Otherwise the objective of communication will
be destroyed.
2.
Context:
The context of the message to be communicated should include complete and
relevant information .this will make
proper interaction.
3.
Clarity:
Appropriate message should be transmitted i.e it should be clear , free dorm
distortion and noise. Lack of clarity will cause confusion and misconception.
4.
Channels
: Right channel should be used to communicate any message. Channel should be
determines on the basis of nature and type of communication.proper channel will
make effective communication.
5.
Consistency:
lack of consistency between verbal and non-verbal communication should be
avoided.Consistency should be maintained in ideas and thoughts.More over
message should be consistent with time and environment of the receiver.
6.
Capability:
Before sending any message sender should assume the knowledge ,thought and
attitude of receiver so that right message is transmitted to right person.
7.
Conciseness:
Communicator should consider relevant facts, proper Organization of message and
no repetition .Descriptive or lengthy topics should be avoided because it is
time consuming.
