To be successful interview a candidate should know the following guidelines. These guidelines may be mainly three type.

(A).Preparation for the Interview
1. Know
yourself: The interview should try to find out what he wants top achieve
through the work- inner fulfillment ,name & fame , position in society ,
wealth, security , comfort etc.
2. Know
the firm: Candidate should know as much as he can regarding the nature &
function of the company.
3.Anticipate
questions: Interviewee should set-prepared regarding the question that may be
asked during the interview .
(B) Arriving
for the interview:
1.
Dress: Dress appropriately: Good dressing is expect from an interview as the
time of interview. So Dress must be official or formal.
2.Taking
Necessary Certificates: The interview should take all necessary certificates in
a file or bag.
3.Arriving
in time: Interview Should try to arrive ten to fifteen minutes before the
schedule time.
(C)Facing
the interview :
1.Entry : Before entering the interview room he/she must try to avoid nervousness. He also should make a suitable greeting to all member in the interview board. The first- impression makes an impact to the interviewer.
2.Answerin
the Question: Here interview should response the question confidently and
positively to the interviewer .He /she should answer to the point-without any
hesitation.
3.Asking
question: The candidate can ask some relevant and definite questions if the
situation permits.
4.Exit:
Before leaving the room interviewee must collect her/his all certificates and
thanks them politely.
